Unveiled: Artifacts of my personal SHEASA Tribal Warrior.

With the conclusion of the 40 Days and 40 Nights Dreams Recalibration series, my thoughts remain centered around purpose and advocacy to Keep Hope Alive and to Make Dreams Thrive.

The Unveilings, scheduled for today, include a Program perk highlight (Birthrights Box), and also a reveal of a liberated SHEASA Tribal Warrior.

While enduring a time of disempowerment, I personally did not have the benefit of the introduction of a Birthrights Box. Later, on my empowerment journey, I learned about universal principles which became the backdrop of my climb to Beat the Odds.

What I discovered was proof that we are not meant to remain disempowered. Along the way, I also, ultimately discovered my inner Warrior. I wish I had met this quasi-alter ego years ago. Thankfully, she and I have have embraced, and I benefit by the liberating energy of creativity.

I’ve discovered that this SHEASA Success Warrior Tribe stays #war-ready, and has determination, and Hope on its’ side. I can count on my inner warrior to present a courageous and confident perspective as a reflection of the inner powers (Birthrights) within. This inner warrior is a form of self inspiration, and self empowerment.

In my life as a professional and avocational writer, my inner warrior is driven. She drives me to bring forth urgent Next Steps in what has become a World Service agenda.

The work is defined as a broadly conceived portfolio of diverse programs and content (scheduled for phased releases between now and future months, featuring timed launches.…And….

One thing easy to love about the SHEASA Tribe, is each Warrior is allowed to change their Tribal-wear, (Facial markings, attire and accoutrements) depending on their stated Mission, at a given time or event. This speaks to diversity, reflection of the Power resident in ones’ individualization, and ability to project ones’ vision without constraint, available to all card-carrying SHEASA warriors.

Essentially, versatility in garb, costume, appeal and style is the hallmark of a SHEASA Tribal member where each aesthetic gives presence to speak out intention: SHE-AS-A….. Fill in the Blank! We fill the blank with Success, so that it reads: SHE AS A Success (SHEASA Success Tribal Member).

My Inner warrior has ushered me to a very special place, within striking range of the release of very important publications associated with my mission as an Agent of Change. 

The strength I have found on the journey to wholeness, after being one who met with a huge life trajectory shift while a high school student, allowed me to: transmute emotional disrepair into emotional intelligence; and a transform a misstep into timely, and timeless inspirational and motivational call-to-action messages. 

The intrinsic message in the speeches I have been inspired to write is that we may find ourselves impacted by life, but we have been deposited with this innate Birthright gift, called resiliency. Even so, life can prove arduous when barricades of inequality are erected to become cycles of disadvantages. This can become a lifelong challenge to envision ourselves able to rise above obstacles.

It is fortunate that as an Overcomer, while traversing the journey to empowerment, we come to find, along, we have already been outfitted with several sets of Keys to Life Transformation. 

As a Social Entrepreneur, and a professional Coach (and specifically, a Coach who practices as a Life Design Coach Specialist, with an associated Hand-to-Hold Coaching model), I joyously share the gift of Overcoming, so that No Dream is Left Behind, beginning with Self sufficiency and every level of Dream thereafter.

Most especially, my assignment has been to propose a new brand of Equalization, fueled by conscientious thought leadership expected in the implementation of a world service mission.

The opportunity for me to emerge as a Dreams advocate and Agent of Change, had not been on my radar when I once saw life through a lens of disempowerment. Yet, through the eyes of a, then, budding Visionary, (given the full-on self empowerment immersion I invested in), I began to see life vastly different.

I became blessed to envision a pathway to rise to the level of the difficulty of discouragement, and trauma, and to transform life lessons into a bridge for others to cross to the other side of adversity.

Looking ahead, these themes are conveyed in, The Key In Your Hand speech series which relates to the “Vision” referred to in my authorship capstone publication, Visionary Proposal. Every project which I have written, has amounted to having the privilege to act as a Vessel.

None of this could have happened without my discovery of a set of Keys to Beat the Odds, and steps to Rise above obstacles, wherein I traded a weakened and bruised countenance for Courage to: mount a One Woman Show, (Fall/Winter 2020/21) and to Speak out for others though once, my own voice had been stricken by dignity stripping stigma.

DreamStreet is the avenue to project voices on our platform so that No Dream Is Left Behind, especially those individuals pushed to the margin due to a trajectory shift who are just like I was, when I found no Dream support in sight.

In times like these, we all have been confronted with some need to pivot, being a time of adjustment we affectionately refer to as a time for Dreams recalibration, however, DreamStreet’s commitment remains unchanged, to:

• act as a voice to empower those, perhaps pushed to the margin due to a trajectory shift
• provide access to opportunity for others to learn to express with a newly empowered voice necessary in the reaching of Dreams
• problem solve with depth of Purpose and Paradigm shifting capacity
• embrace the regenerative quality within creative ingenuity

For these reasons, I believe I am on the right mission, to uphold intention through a cross functional organizational whose time has come, otherwise known as, DreamStreet Chicago.
